Jennifer Ware, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Jennifer is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Jennifer received her Doctorate Degree in Psychiatric Nursing Practice from Rush University. She received her Masters in Entry Level Nursing from DePaul University. Jennifer has been practicing in mental health for eleven years in various positions. She works with various mental illnesses, including but not limited to: Perinatal/Postpartum care, Major Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Bipolar D/O, and more. Jennifer believes in a safe space for all and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
